We have the financial resources to acquire existing medical-related real estate or build and own facilities developed to our clients’ specifications. Through our subsidiary, Hospital Affiliates Development Corporation (HADC), we offer the healthcare community fee for service operations planning, facility planning, design/build, project management, medical equipment planning, real estate broker services and property management.

  • Windrose acquires existing healthcare facilities, develops new facilities or can take over facilities in any stage of development. We offer flexible sale/leaseback options and off-balance sheet financing approaches that allow our clients to meet their capital requirements.
  • Windrose’s market is the entire United States. Using a variety of financing approaches, Windrose will purchase and develop medical office buildings, ambulatory surgery centers, diagnostic centers, specialty hospitals and other facilities for healthcare systems/operators and large physician groups. 
  • HADC has been providing healthcare facility planning and construction management services for more than 27 years to over 600 healthcare facilities in 37 states and 15 foreign countries, with a cost basis exceeding $1.7 billion.  Using HADC’s proprietary development process has yielded substantial project savings for our customers. 
  • By combining the financial resources of our REIT structure with our experience and history in the planning, development and management of healthcare properties, we bring a unique set of skills and resources to both acquisitions and development projects. By using our capabilities to develop the project, we can achieve cost savings for the properties while at the same time maintaining our high standards for the acquisition and development of properties for long-term investment for our shareholders.
